Who we are: I was an HOA manager with Manderley Property Services in San Luis Obispo for 3 years, from 1999-2002. As a manager, I received the CMCA designation from the National Board of Certification-Community Association Managers side of CAI. I managed up to 16 Associations business affairs, including several large reconstruction projects (Spyglass Ridge in Pismo Beach, Leland Terrace HOA in San Luis Obispo & Buena Vista Terrace in Arroyo Grande) . After working as an HOA manager, I became the General Manager of Deck Masters, Inc.'s Central Coast Division, successfully running that division for a year, then I joined Deck Guard Services, a spin off from Deck Masters. After Deck Guard reorganized it's corporate structure, I then joined Pro-Coat Services/Statewide Coatings of Orange CA as an estimator and project manager before opening Waterproofdeckcoatingadvice.com and Central Coast Watrproofing.

I have provided seminars and educational events at ECHO's Annual Seminar, CAI's Channel Islands Chapter, APRA and private firms such as The Helsing Group in San Ramon, Association Reserves of Calabasas, Management Solutions in Camarillo, Goetz/Manderley in Santa Maria and others.

Articles of mine have been published in ECHOJournal, Residential Contractor, Condo Management, and CAI Chapter magazines such as Channels of Communication, Bay Area Communicator and Greater Inland Empire's Community Association news.
